This infared tabletop oven has the capability to quickly and easily cook foods while keeping them moist on the inside, crisp and browned on the outside even without using any fats or oils. Compared to a conventional oven, the Nuwave® 20322 Pro cooks most foods up to 50% faster even without preheating or defrosting, thus delivers the best in flavor and taste. This innovative infrared tabletop oven works in a three-way patented cooking methods; conduction, convection, and infrared radiant heat. Conduction to apply heat directly to food, convection to circulate the heat around the food, and Far Infrared radiant heat to penetrate the food to cook from the inside out, which leaves the food moist and tasty.
This three-way patented cooking method of infrared radiant heat, conduction, and convection allows you to handle a variety of cooking methods including barbeque, roast, broil, bake, steam, dehydrate and grill. All this can be done without ventilation, preheating or defrosting. Using the Nuwave Pro tabletop infrared oven can save you to 50% in cooking time and up to 85% in energy savings as compared to that of a conventional 3500 watt oven. It comes with an extender ring kit allows for cooking of up to a 16lb. turkey. The kit includes a 3 extender ring, 2 stainless steel cooking rack together with a 10 micro ceramic baking pan.
