| HTC Corp. launches its newest Android device, the Droid Incredible by HTC. This seven-panel home screen with a wide selection of widgets is the newest version of the HTC Sense experience. Notwithstanding that this phone is so sleek and is less than half an inch thick, it comes with powerful features such as a 1 GHz processor, 8-megapixel camera, and a large high-resolution screen. With a racecar-inspired body design, the Droid Incredible by HTC measures only 4.63 x 2.3 x 0.47 inches (HxWxD) and weighs merely 4.59 ounces. It has a large 3.7-inch HD OLED touch screen with an incredible 480×800 resolution. It shows off a fantastic 312 minutes of usage time and up to 146 hours of standby time. To capture precious moments, Droid Incredible can be relied upon using its 8 megapixel camera with auto focus and 2x power LED flash.
Running multiple applications without any technical hitches on Droid Incredible is made possible with its 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 512 MB of RAM, and a stunning 8 GB of internal flash memory. For an easy and hands-free connection with headset and speakerphone, Droid Incredible by HTC also features Bluetooth v2.1+ EDR. Droid Incredible runs incredibly on a variety of frequencies, the CDMA 800/1900 frequencies, EV-DO and Rev A 3G frequencies. Its operating system is handled by the Android 2.1 from Google which is designed specifically for touch screen devices. The operating system is a Google Experience Device so much that it provides an integrated access to Google services and applications including Google Search by Voice, Picasa, Google Talk and Google Maps Navigation. This operating system also provides access to emails, either personal or corporate, calendars, and contacts supported by Exchange Server and Gmail. Droid Incredible also comes with such tools as alarm clock, calculator, and stopwatch. Multitasking like browsing the web, listening to favorite music and receiving email at one and the same time is made possible by the Android OS.
