Air HD (BV-2500)

Enjoying the same digital entertainment this time no longer requires a second HD receiver, set top box, game console, or Blu-ray player for your second HDTV. This is made possible by Air HD (BV-2500). Such enjoyment can now be achieved by merely connecting the receiver (BV-2500R) to the second HDTV and pass through all the signals from the equipment mounted on the first HDTV. With help of Air HD (BV-2500), all compatible entertainment equipment can be hooked up to the transmitter anywhere in the house. By running the Blu-ray player, set-top box, game console, DVR and AV receiver into the Air HD (BV-2500) HDMI transmitter and together with the HDTV equipped with a matching BV-2500R receiver, allows one to have all his AV sources in a separate room from the actual display.

Air HD (BV-2500) is equipped with a built-in Omni-directional Antenna System which facilitates a wide-range HD video transmission with a maximum 70 feet line of sight. The quality of its wireless connectivity is equivalent to that of an HDMI wired connection. The transmission of High-definition video passes through walls with virtually no latency (less than one millisecond). With its "No-Latency" feature, playing HD video games using the wireless link is made possible without haze or falter. One remarkable feature it has is that if it detects interference from another radio frequency system, its system will change the frequency it operates on by using the automated frequency selection feature. It will automatically adjust its frequency settings between 4.9 GHz-5.9 GHz. Other features include picture quality of up to 1080p resolution at 24frs/30fps and up to 1080i at 60fps. It includes a 256-bit AES encryption for a secured wireless transmission. It also supports infrared blasting frequency 38Kz and EDID/E-DDC 1.1 and HDMI 1.3. Air HD measures only 2 inches high x 12 inches wide x 6 inches deep.
