|Asus introduces its latest notebook series, the NX90 which is an ideal combination of style and pioneering technology. The NX90 is the ultimate fusion of sound technology and high-speed performance resulting from the collaboration between Asus and Bang & Olufsen. NX90 is said to be the first notebook dedicated to precise audio reproduction featuring side-mounted external speakers that can pump out 108cc and ASUS SonicMaster Technology developed by sound engineers at ASUS and Bang & Olufsen ICEpower. Asus NX90 comes in a polished aluminum exterior and palm rest that nicely contrast with a matte-black keyboard and twin touchpads at either side of the keyboard that allows you to carry out two-handed motions and gestures. It features an impressive 18.4-inch Full 1080p HD LED backlit display and Blu-ray combo drive that enable you to fully enjoy your favorite music and videos in high quality.
NX90 is equipped with the latest components including a 1.73GHz Intel Core i7-740QM Quad-Core processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.93 GHz, 6-12GB of DDR3 1066MHz SDRAM, 3 slots, 12GB Max, Nvidia’s GeForce GT335M graphics with 1GB DDR3 VRAM. It runs genuine Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit) and has a huge capacity storage that is brought by two 640GB HDDs with a Blu-ray combo as an option. It has a built-in 2-megapixel camera, a Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and a Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR. It also comes with a Hybrid TV Tuner, two USB 3.0 ports, two USB 2.0 ports, eSATA, 5-in-1 card reader, an HDMI and a VGA ports. It measures 525mm x 280mm x 43.8mm and weighs 4.4 kg (with 6 cell battery). It has been designed more as an audiovisual centre for the home than a portable computing device.
